Below you can find the list of trainings available. The "top running speed" was estimated from winning times of Men Elite courses at OO.cup in each particular terrain and since we have had some quite good runners at OO.cup, most of the training camp participants are expected to run a little bit or much slower. All of the trainings can have some modifications like hiding the paths, vegetation etc. This is especially important for groups with differently skilled runners.

Tiha dolina 1, training code 0201  
Velika planina area
Control picking. Very few paths and extremely complex terrain. The whole course is in forest part of the map. 100% concentraion is needed all the time. The visibility is good, but because of rough ground it is very hard to keep the direction. 2.5km or 3.5km. Top running speed: 11 min/km.
 
Tiha dolina 2, training code 0202

Short distance course delivering fine orienteering at its best. Very few paths and very complex terrain. The whole course is in the forest part of the map. "100% concentraion 100% of the time" is a key motto for this session. 2.5km or 3.5km. Top running speed: 10 min/km.
 
Tiha dolina 3, training code 0203

Rhythm change training. The course changes from very slow and technically demanding legs to very fast and technically easy ones. The point of the session is to really feel the difference in running speeds between technicaly difficult and technically easier terrain. "Run as hell where you can and navigate carefully where neccesary!" 4km or 5.5km, top running speed 8min/km.

Classic course M21E OO.cup 2007. 6.7km, winning time Radovan Cech 66:40. Just under 10 min/km. The course is going mostly through forest, but there are a few faster legs in open or on paths. There's lot's of fine orienteering as well as some longer route choices. A course which thoroughly tests athletes' navigational skills. Available also in shorter version 4.5km.

Middle distance. Open, semi open and small patches of forest. Larger karst formations. This session is quite fast and is suitable as second training after "rocking" in Tiha dolina. This training is available also in contours and rocks only version. Full course 5.5km, shortened: 4km. Top running speed 6.5min/km.
 
Velika planina 2, training code 0206  
Velika planina area
No paths. Classic course. 10 km (7km shortened) of sliding over hills and around depressions. Some longer route choices as well as some finer orienteering. Done in nice weather this is a truly aesthetic experience!
 
Rakove ravni, training code 0207

Contours and rocks only. Vegetation in this terrain is very diverse, but since it's not shown on the map it confuses the athlete, who has to concentrate hard on intricate contours. This course is also available on full version map (with vegetation and paths) and therefore can be used as fun competition for runners of different skills. 4.2km. Top running speed 7.5min/km.
 
Rakove ravni, training code 0208

Middle distance course. 3 loops on 2 maps on 1 paper :). Men course 4,6km, fastest time Erik Andersson 32:01, women course 3,45km fastest time Lina Persson 35:41. To have even higher technical challenge, we recommend this course without paths.
 
Črni graben 1, training code 0209

One man relay - Mass start. Fast karst terrain, very suitable for youth. Three loops of 2 - 2.5km, alltogether 7km. Top speed 6.5 min/km.
 
Črni graben 2, training code 0210  
Nazarje area
Downhill intervals on map without paths. This session is great fun. The four downhill courses (700m - 850m) are connected with uphill (mainly road) stretches which should be done easily. The orienteering part is 3150m long, the part that connects them is 3000m. Alltogether 6150m. This session is easily shortened.
 
Vrtače 1, training code 0211

Relay (3 members) or Middle. Rather fast karst terrain, suitable for youth. Many depressions, but not so stony. Well developed path network. Three legs of 4,5 - 5km. Top speed 7 min/km. This course can also be used as individual middle distance training. Recomended also in version without paths.
 
Vrtače 2, training code 0212

Corridor orienteering on map without paths. Session for advanced orienteers. Available also with paths. 4,5 km, or shorter. Top speed of this terrain is cca. 7min/km, but at this kind of session probably a bit slower.
 
Veniše, training code 0213  
Nazarje area
Long. Terrain of Veniše is a typical "continental" terrain. Many valleys, ditches, re-entrants, streams and some marshes. Very well developed path network in combination with some crossable green areas provide for interesting route choices. Great area to rest after rocky karst stages. 8,5km. Top speed: 6.5 - 7min/km.
 
Veniše 2, training code 0214

The rule is NOT to leave the path! With only black and yellow shown on the map this session brings the terrain of Veniše in a bit different way. The rule is not to leave the paths. If done at high intensity, this session requires the highest level of concentration. The contours and the green are not shown on the map and the athlete is forced to navigate fast but carefully on the very dense path network. 6km. 7min/km.

3 loops on map without paths. 3 loops of 2km. Rough ground. Top running speed 9min/km.  
Tolsti vrh 2, training code 0216

Middle distance. Slovenian national champs 2005. 3,6km, or 2,8km. Top speed 8,5min/km.  
Tolsti vrh 3, training code 0217  
Nazarje area
Long distance. Slovenian national event 2005. 6,35km, or 4,1km. Top speed 9 min/km. This particular course was won by Marco Seppi (ITA) 65:31. Terrain is very rough, rather steep but with quite some paths. Alternatively, this session is available with hidden paths.  
Letuš 1, training code 0218  
Letuš area
M21E or/and W21E course from OO.cup 2007. M21E: 4290m, fastest time Lukas Ebneter 28:28. W21E: 3380m, Sabrina Meister 28:41. Small but very nice and rather fast karst terrain.
 
Letuš 2, training code 0219

No paths. Letuš terrain is great for practicing contour understanding, especially for youth, as it is not too dense in features.We removed the paths from the map in this session to force athletes to really read the contours.
